1. APPLICATION: part/resin/material, capacity/tolerance, output, destination utilities.
2. IDENTITY: manufacturer, exact model, serial, year, controller, location.
3. SELLER: legal identity and authority to sell; contract and accessory inventory.
4. EVIDENCE: nameplate images, current continuous test videos, alarm/service records.
5. INSPECTION: qualified personnel, safe method, instruments, conditions, results and exclusions.
6. ACCEPTANCE: agreed test, outstanding defects, repair/retest and payment milestones.
7. TOTAL COST: machine, repairs, packing, origin charges, freight, import, delivery and commissioning.
8. SHIPPING: packed dimensions/weight, lifting plan, named delivery point and agreed Incoterm.
9. SUPPORT: parts, controller backups/licenses, local service, warranty coverage and claim costs.
10. DISPATCH: serial-matched packing photos, packing list and destination-confirmed documents.
