Questions worth asking before buying used machinery.
Clear answers about availability, condition, sourcing, inspection, quotes and shipping.
Are you a manufacturer or an equipment stockist?
MachZentra is designed as a used machinery sourcing operation. The website does not imply the machines shown are owned or currently for sale.
Do you guarantee that you can find any machine in 48 hours?
No. For some commonly traded machines, an initial sourcing response may be possible within one to two business days. A valid offer requires actual unit availability and condition confirmation.
What should I include in an RFQ?
Machine type, application, brand/model, minimum capacity, age range, control, budget, destination country, required delivery timing, and ideally reference photographs.
Can you arrange a live video test?
When the selling party agrees and the machine is operational, we can discuss a live video demonstration or an agreed in-person test. Availability of tests depends on the machine and seller.
Can an independent inspector check the machine?
An independent third-party inspection may be arranged by agreement. Inspection scope, payment and limitations should be defined beforehand.
Do you provide warranties?
Any warranty or after-sales support must be explicitly specified for the machine and contract. Used machinery should not be assumed to have a full new-machine warranty.
Can I buy multiple machines?
Yes, you may request several machines. Each should be evaluated independently, with clear specifications and shipping dimensions.
Do you offer DDP to every country?
No. We assess feasible incoterms for the specific machine and destination. DDP requires lawful import and tax arrangements and cannot be promised universally.
Are the website photos machines currently available?
No. Current category photography illustrates typical industrial equipment and is not a live sale listing.
How do I confirm the true machine cost?
Ask for an itemised quote including machine cost, testing, removal, packing, inland freight, export fees and any agreed international freight or destination expenses.
The right machine begins with the right brief.
Send your technical requirements. We will evaluate whether suitable used equipment can be sourced in China.
