Our four-stage process
01 — Define the technical requirement
Tell us what the machine must do—not just the category. Provide preferred brand, tonnage or travels, installation constraints, year range, budget and destination country. When the exact model is not known, we work from the application and essential output requirements.
02 — Identify candidate equipment
We check the market through selling parties and machinery contacts in China. Candidate equipment is not represented as available until the owner confirms it, and availability may change between an initial enquiry and payment.
03 — Verify condition and agree inspection
We request nameplates, photos, operating evidence and available maintenance records. Where relevant, we help discuss a live demonstration or third-party inspection. We distinguish information supplied by the seller from what has actually been independently verified.
04 — Quote and coordinate export
A machine-specific quotation can include the equipment, removal and handling, testing responsibilities, export preparation and shipping terms as agreed. Machinery imports are subject to destination regulations and should be checked before an order is accepted.
